The last time I ate or drank something really enjoyable when I was growing up was a Balut (a Filipino boiled duck egg) it is delicious and I got crazy for turkey tails,ham hocks (after a friend of mine finishing cooking bean soup or flavor up green beans (not my favorite vegetable)) and of course beef shanks I cooked in the oven instead of used it for soup.

The last time I thought about any 'Pandemic'...when I was little and was in the Philippines (when my father was in the Navy at that time) I was so sick and have a lots of red spots I thought I have the smallpox and died at a young age but turns out I didn't have the smallpox it was the chickenpox. I'm just afraid my mother might have the smallpox turns out she never had it I think a smallpox vaccine save my mother when she either little or growing up...thank goodness the smallpox is history in 1980 otherwise it could've been an 'Pandemic'.
