Well design quality and durability is all that matters with computers and Wacom is better than Huion. So hopefully it lasts longer though you’ll have to learn how to use it which is probably frustrating.

This is the last page of Greenfinger's short inside the story. Next up things return to the present and the second plot line.

On a separate note and do request a link to this if you want to hear it. Last night I finished the editing for the audiobook adaption of Accepting and Escaping Tomorrow. This morning was creating the file / making it's size smaller, and by the early afternoon publishing it online. Only Julie Justice gave B-Side Tracks a review. Both Mr. Wilhelm and myself are grateful at least one person heard the work. .... I swear the rest of the internet thinks it will catch Covid-19 if they dared left feedback. Voice work and sound engineering are not easy jobs.

I've lost a bit of hope people are caring I'm presenting these pages at all. It's been pages since anything was said. Either it's because of the inside short that wasn't set in the present, my failure to nod to The Shadow, or I'm just being an awful story teller.

... This page returns the plot back to line B.

This page is the first time Sydney has appeared in the comic pages of the series. She first appeared in Devil's Blood ( which recently earned a Daily Deviant ). Bruce also appeared in that story but did appear in Iron and Steel too. These guys are Finch's preferred goons / human friends.

I guess the audiobook adaptation for Accepting and Escaping Tomorrow was a fail too. ?

I’m pretty sure the only one being silent about the shadow is @Deric Storm. :D but your art is great as always and the more information you give your characters the better. Most people are not going to comment on what you do but they appreciate it nonetheless. You should probably try to get your work made into an actual comic, changing things where necessary to avoid copyright issues.

Thank you and I know the forum's Like system. I just happen to enjoy hearing people's words, good or bad in review.

Doing the little side stories like what was done with Iron and Steel, just felt right to continue. I would love to have my work printed as an actual comic book. The last time that happened was back in high school. An original comic series I was working on at the time. I made one special story that was self published with ten prints done for it.

I know what you're saying about changing character names for the sake of avoiding copyright trouble. What gets me is one of my popular characters to the AU, likely could get granted easy copyright permission. No one likes the canon Corporal Capeman, even myself. The character is considered a black eye to the fandom. But because my AU Corporal Capeman is so different, Alan Engenis. The AU version has been complimented on many times even earning two other other Capeman versions to fan fiction I didn't write, where the authors asked me permission to use the name Alan on the character. Plus fan art I'd repost here if internet etiquette was different.

Right now I'm through a little over half the rough line art to page 86. Drawing the positioning has been interesting & fun. Strangely drawing Sydney on the barbell on a side view was figured out easily.

Is there some kind of a cut off time when you aren't supposed to say anything in the chat area? More than once I've spoken up in it. Only for the comment to be passed over completely until the next day when it seems invisible even though it's logged & new chatting starts among others.

I finished this page last night but last night was ultra busy. Dealing with prepping a large crockpot meal and working on art un-related to this project.

I'm not going to make my author comments about these pages now unless asked to explain details behind the page. Silent reading doesn't tell me details of what people want to know.

I wrapped this page up late last night. Right now I'm about to check the mail and then work on that non-related art mentioned before. ... I don't know what of this is going online. If the author plans to finish his project, and what I've provided is used. I got roped into providing some graphics to a PC videogame currently hidden from sight by the internet at large. Today will be making an animation and drawn played out concept for one of it's monsters.

Review: your drawings are great and you always have a solid storyline. I enjoy how you draw human bodies too 'cause I've been trying to draw them most of my life with no luck. I was surprised about the throats being slit line because I'm not used to reading those kinds of stories but it was delightful. <3

Thank you for the review ?, and there is a lot more content left to this story on it's whole. I am very curious to know if people have started connecting dots together yet about things happening.
Please forgive but I don't understand your comment about the throats being a slit line as to a kind of story. Please clear it up to me what that means? ?

I just got through making the creature animation meant for the videogame. Next up is starting on page 89.

Maybe I took it the wrong way but the slit the throat line. I'm not use to seeing characters make those kinds of comments in a story, but I'm not saying that as a negative. I'm just saying that I'm not really use to people talking about someone else doing things like that to them but I like the story nevertheless.

((OOC: So, I am still here (at least, while ACP is still a thing, then I have to tether my phone to my laptop, send it's internet to Ethernet to my router and setup my other laptop to access that... I managed it once totally by accident)... updating stuff I'm working on is not a fun process (if anyone checks my stories folder on my Google Drive) anymore... the laptop at my desk is old (Core 2 Duo, 2Ghz, 4 gigs RAM, Win7 Ultimate)... Chrome won't update, Drive won't work... I'm stuck using FreeFileSync to keep stuff up to datep things synced. I have plans of getting a job and having money to have something better (a doorstop is better)

[continuing] I'm sorry if any of my posts are/could be inflammatory or anything... some of them are stuff I've had in the pipeline for a while, and I messed with it enough to get it postable... that's why there are dates showing when I started working on stuff... I'm not, and never have been, trying to step on anyone's toes or say "this is how it should be"... I have no say here, not sure who does these days (like I posted... maybe this is a test to see if we devolve into chaos). Posts like Hierarchy were started long ago, and meant as a guideline and not because I'm the voice of Sauron.

[continuing] I don't have the time to be here a whole lot, I don't have much beyond mom to help with my rent (and once I have a job, that'll take up more time, though I will keep working on stuff (both for here and not) as often as possible, and post when possible on here. I have a question that needs some clarification... being that we are supposed to get permission from the person if we use their character in an addition/story/post, how would that apply if the character is core to the universe (like Carmen... I can replace @Chase, maybe cobble someone into @Ivy's place... but, like @Carmen, being that she's a major character, as long as I don't have her acting or write a major part for her, would that circumvent the rule at all?

[continuing] I'm just curious... the absence of the major's leaves a gap that I'm not sure what to do with anything... we (the Left Behind) could do a story together (or some stories separate), and that'd be cool, but without being able to use any major's, I'm not sure where to take anything. And, yeah... you can probably guess what my typing is like here (or anyplace else)... I type here or in Word, I type something (or notepad), and 15-20+ seconds later it shows up, so I have to stay on top of my grammar and spelling. I have to keep on top of all that, because I'm working on the big Carmen story at the same time, so I can't slip off my game.))

@Jon Eckart Not exactly sure if I understand all your computer probs. I hope you get those resolved soon. Yes, I have many probs with my basic Google Chrome, too. I think it's fair to say we all have a love/hate relationship with technology. 😆 As far as your stories are concerned, you can use any cannon character you like, whether there is a person playing that role on here or not. Say the story is a fanfiction; and that the version of Chase, or Carmen (or whoever) from the computer games, gameshow (or whatever). We don't do Netflix Carmen, mostly because of the violence. And because it is fanfiction, you can also create other characters and situations to suit your story. Now, Chase, Carme, Ivy (or whoever) were here, of course, you would ask their permission; tell them your idea; and if they like it they might write it with you. 🙂

@Jon Eckart Now, if you for a friendship with someone on--and off-site, you might form a partnership with them, and write stories together (like Chase and Carmen; or Chase and Ivy; or Lucy and I) and then you will just put a statement saying that this story is a co-write with whoever. In fact, if you collaborate with this person a lot, people will just assume they have your permission; although you should always say it anyway, just as a common courtesy. In fact, ironically, the only people whose permission you must always ask to use their characters are "original" characters, who are creations of their individual writers (which most of us on here, are) specifically because we are not cannon. I hope that makes sense. 🙂

@Jon Eckart Now, if you want to write something, but don't have a lot of time, I would suggest posting a status; or replying to someone else's status. Or you could start a guessing game. Look under Forums/Guessing Games, and look at some things other people have done, to give you ideas. I hope that helps. 🙂
