The part about gathering with faithful friends always strikes dear to my heart and makes me thing of my VILE family.

Plus, how can you ever go wrong with Frank Sinatra?

I'm partial to the song Happy Xmas (War Is Over) by John Lennon and Yoko Ono. Otherwise, I don't do end of year celebrations, it's a waste of time.

Also, @Lee -- not sure if you were being sarcastic about Frosty, but in case you were... As a kid, when I heard the lyrics, Frosty ran "right through the traffic cop" and "paused a moment when he heard him holler 'stop'," I'd always thought that the 'thumpidy thump-thump' was the sound of tires having run over the snowman.

Me too,Invader mostly from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra my favorite one of all time from them is Christmas Eve/Saravejo 12/24 but I also like other Christmas songs that really tells us about what Christmas is really about! And of course other Christmas songs that are good.
