it's an investment. you can use sous vide for so many things - onsen eggs, perfectly poached fish, reverse seared steaks, etc.

@Lee i don't think it would help. she didn't come tonight as she has guests, but she said it's tough for her to do anything in the evening as her 1-year-old's bedtime is 8:00 and she has a hard time falling asleep without her
