(Snow drops are a perenial flower that is almost like an upside down crocus, they appear as early as Feb often showing up during periods of snow. )

(However they are toxic to cats, dogs, and people, they tolerate full sun to partial shade)

Galanthus nivalis? Or am I thinking of something else?

That is one of twenty species of this flower Chase

Actually, I was thinking of Leontopodium nivale, but had the wrong name in my head.
