"Hi Euge! Have I missed anything good?"
"Ennai! I was beginning to think you were not going to make it!" Euge greeted her with a quick handshake. "No, you haven't missed much. The dance has just started."
Okay so the males name was Euge... good to know. But if he knew this 'Ennai' that meant she was also ACME. Forcing back a growl Dragon stayed put, she really just.. wanted to leave right now. Though... right now she felt kinda out of place, like she was intruding on something between Euge, Ennai, and Lacy. Even though she knew she probably wasn't.
Dragon could feel her arms lightly shaking again... damnit. She hated being around so many humans.. but Alpha wanted her here and she would do whatever her Alpha wanted. Come Heaven, Hell or high freezing water.
Ennai smiled at the two people in her friend's company: a stylish harlequin who absolutely screamed sass and a
grim reaper. Her smile faded before she could even had the chance to introduce herself. The grim reaper was bristling. She reminded Ennai of a cat stuck in a tree. Her concern increased, as well as her caution, when she saw what was
unmistakably dried blood on the harlequin's mask. She had been around enough of it to know the real thing. Before Ennai had the chance to investigate the matter, she was distracted as the blond let out a declaration of disbelief. "Oh my god." Ennai followed the girl's gaze. It landed on a short, well-built man who it seemed had taken over the floor to dance flamenco. Ennai burst out laughing at the guts of this guy. Dancing flamenco at an Italian party, filled with Italian nationalists and some of the most powerful Italians in the country. He had completely stopped the
entire room into a confused silence. Their faces were priceless. Ennai was completely amused. Wit is most
The man himself was actually very good. She watched as he moved with conviction, his face clearly absorbed in his dance. "So," interrupted the girl "I heard the veal here is to die for if y'all hungry." Ennai let out a laugh, glancing at the harlequin, before looking back at the dancer. As he finished, Ennai joined in with the harlequin's clapping.
"Veal?" said the grim reaper. "I've never had veal. Mind showing me where that is?" Ennai's attention returned to the other two girls. "It's meat from a calf," responded the harlequin. If y'all excuse me, I'm off to feed Death a few bits of the finer meats. I'll see you around the party won't I?" Death. Ennai gave her the most convincingly genuine smile to ever land upon a person's face. This party was turning out to be a good deal more eventful than she had imagined. Her mind raced, accounting for all the details she noted about the them, as she watched the pair make their way to the food. No, tonight wouldn't be the break from work she had thought. It didn't really matter, though. All it meant was that she would have to be more alert.
Now, sure that the shady characters attending the party were more than just corrupt bourgeoisie and cheating spouses, a thought was tugging at the back of her mind. "Euge," she turned to watch the couples on the dance floor. If anyone were to look at her, she would appear to simply be enjoying the company of a friend making a idle chatter. She was excellent at this. The ability to give nothing away was her most important skill. "Have you heard any thing about any party crashers? Like maybe V.I.L.E.?" Before he could answer, the flamenco dancer appeared before her. "Umm Hello." Ennai found herself towering above the man, standing 5' 10 in her two-inch heels. She smiled at him. "Hello. That was quite a show you put on, Mr...?"
