[Nevon]

Nevon was born in Washington state and was an only child. His father left the family when Nevon was 4 and Nev lived with his grandmother while his mom struggled to work in the day and continued studying at night. She married his stepmother when Nevon was about 9. He loves both his moms very much.

He joined ACME following his girlfriend, Simone, who worked (and still does) in accounting for the company. The relationship evolved into a friendship, Simone wasn't sure she needed a boyfriend, and Nevon was ok with that.

Nevon first joined ACME as an accountant, but after seeing Chase Devineaux training agents during Orientations, he was curious about detective work. He finally took the plunge three years ago and had recently passed his Detective exams. He is now officially a field agent, with a core in statistical analysis.

Aspirations

While Nevon is the generic ACME Agent in the fact that he wants to capture Carmen Sandiego, he also has a need to impress Chase Devineaux, who was his role model since his first year with the agency.​

I don't "want" do to things, but sometimes I have to do them if it's the creed. The only time I've been ordered to capture Ms. Sandiego was when Commander Ivy Monaghan made it clear that was our objective in Ultramarine.

My prerogative is still up to the tactical leader, which is still Ms. Monaghan. But our strategic leader is Director Devineaux, so if he overrides her, then that's where my order comes from.

Ice cream and coffee sir, we were both in UCLA accounting classes and went to the same places for breaks.

Question: Why did it take you so long to take the detective exam, you could have done it after your first year? Even Eugene said you may have been failing your flight tests on purpose.

Affirmative on the lead being Rosen, sir.

I didn't intentionally fail my flight tests, but did have mental blocks, sir. I knew I had a fear of heights and wanted to use it as an excuse to not excel in the field because I wasn't confident in my own abilities.

What would Nevon do if he found out about Chase and Carmen? Would he squeal or would he keep quiet for Chase's happiness?

There isn't anything in the ACME rule book about having a relationship with a 3rd party agent (even if it's from an enemy agency). The only rule is you can't share technology directly with them.

The ACME SOUL contract under section 9.b: Understanding of cooperation with third-party members (VILE) and Guidelines on fraternization with third-party members (VILE) states that we are allowed to co-mingle as long as we follow section 9.c: Obligation to report illegal activity of third-party members (VILE) to Leadership

I will tell Chase that I know, because he is leadership. But that is the extent of my legal obligation.

And then I think I'd be really happy to see him happy, for once.

Tell me about Nevon's life beyond ACME. What are his hobbies, for instance? Does he go out bar hopping on the weekends?

What was Nevon's first real case out in the field, with actual danger and bad guys?

Nevon calculates probability sometimes, because it helps him with statistics as a field agent. Things like the probability of changes in weather after the morning or weekly forecast.

He plays video games if he's not doing reports. Right now it's PUBG with Zack Monaghan, but he's also looking into Fortnight because this girl in Japan is playing it and he wants to impress her.

Nevon can hang out at bars only when he's with his buddies, but most nights they order pizza and discuss theories in the Bunker Boys bunker. You're there sometimes, Mr. G, those are my favorite off-campus days. Our experiments are awesome!
