Thank you for trying but I've already viewed those sites. I'm going to go with the paratrooper image mentioned about eariler. While it's brought up the US version was easily copied. I can assume the German & Soviet versions looked similar to the missing image. But looking so simple .. I just wish I had a local museum I could wall into over this. ... This doesn't display very well on a cell screen.

@systemcat. I found some photos of WWW2 prop guns and rifles doing a basic search on Facebook search, if all you want is photos.

@Julie Justice Thank you but that isn't what I need. This is what I'm going to be drawing from even if it's a few years younger than what I hoped to use as a reference.

I've had an awful day and haven't been able to get any comic work done during it. I'm going to work on the illustration tonight. I guess why I just want to get it out is because of how weird the visual is, top that with a little character redesigning.

I just finished doing the line work & simple coloring. Art can be a nice distraction. Now to hope I can focus well on writing since this is when I normally start on that for the day.
