Maybe not that far, but no character deaths/violence, and if a narrator wants an idea involving their character removed, it goes away, no questions asked.

Is it for storylines, inventions, characater arcs?

I don't want to excessively constrict, but at the same time I don't want it to cause hurt feelings.

I'd say they can suggest anything. Future RP's, scenes, chance interactions, funny moments, etc.
