My utilisation are often brief. I've yet to configure something that would regenerate well overtime, but the functions I need are much less than your requirements, I'm sure.

I only need enough energy to hide and evade. It's neither a full defense or offense unit.

Yes, dramatically different mission profiles. It's built with a very narrow focus.
