In Open - Carnival, you went undercover to get close to drug kingpin Barbas Chuate. Can you recap that case, and what you learned from it?
OOC: In that case, Lee was undercover as one of Chuate's fixers. It meant he connected the kingpin with people. One of those people was a fictional Swiss Banker named Dominic Geiser, and Chase played this guy for Lee to seal the deal.

Written by Tanya in Carnival: Chase Devineaux took time off from his busy schedule to help with a little 'trust' problem. Jordan's cover story involved ties with fictional Swiss Banker Dominic Geiser. People have talked about Chase as if he had one personality, but with over a decade of work as a covert agent, Devineaux was an incredible actor.

What Lee got to see first hand Chase's ability to control the situation, even when @Carmen showed up as an unexpected variable in this post: Open - Carnival

To say something now about the open seat would hint paranoia and roll back the layers of confidence the Swiss banker had stacked in his favor, so he remained shielded. Little did he know that this 'unexpected variable' was about to make his fortress feel like a house of cards.

The curve of a familiar smile in sensual red formed seemingly from thin air.

"My Paloma!" The man with the cigar switched his attention.

For a moment, the man in disguise froze.

Paloma Lucas, Dominic Geiser learned her name as they were introduced. The woman was a Portuguese entrepreneur; she was agonizingly beautiful; she was Carmen Sandiego. Of course, that last fact wasn't as obvious to everyone, especially least noted by Chuate, who represented her as a second business partner.

Infinitely, that bothered Chase Devineaux.

Rio de Janeiro was primarily known for three things: carnival, football, and violence. Barbas Chuate had his hands in the seediest of the three branches, and any 'business partner' was certain to be mixed in with the wrong crowd.

"Mr. Geiser," she was professional in tone, barely hiding the titillating, self-congratulating smile so signature to her persona.

"Dominic."

A formal handshake. No further contact. She nodded.

So they sat before the stage, the Swiss banker, the suspected drug lord, and the international thief. And the show was only starting.

Lee played a small role in a bigger team and that was important for him to learn too.

Lee must get married to someone from VILE, who would it be? Carmen is not an option.
@Contessa, she's loaded.

Lee,I've figure it's none of my business how many ex-girlfriends did you dated? Hint: I wasn't one of your ex-girlfriends....*ran off*
OK, what? I've had 3 girlfriends, one was back in high school, the other was on and off for a bit during ACME training, she was in the UCSF volleyball team. Latest girlfriend was @E. Mayhew, but she moved to Chicago and we took a break.

I just heard on the news they're going to have to remove the Sakura trees in Washington because of damage to a sea wall. They have to build a sea wall and replant new trees.

@Lucy ... don't know if you really want wolf spiders in your home... I'd go for jumping spiders, they can't bite... wolf spiders are the fast movers, and they can bite.

((Will lose my ACP internet towards the end of the month, unless anyone knows about it ending sooner. Trying to switch my Lifeline phone to a better provider that doesn't shut me off after four and a half gigs of data, nothing but failure so far and "call here" and "it's on their end" and the back and forth crap... in the morning, it's time to demand the supervisor and might even get to harsh language (after three days of that). I plan to use the Lifeline phone tethered as Internet source, share that to my own router... I've done it before (it's messy, and not 100% effective, but it works). ))

I have active Verizon through ACP, active Lifeline through Airtalk... is that somehow the issue? If anyone knows, please let me know before I tear someone a new one (ya know what I mean). After three days of this, and two days about a month ago, I'm ready to walk there with katana in hand.))
