Digging through my notes, I've found an old list of ACME Academy courses. I've added some of the ones we listed in our 7-Days Character Building Thread already.

I think this is something we should discuss, add and edit as a community. The Course list will be posted below and edited until we're happy, then I'll move it to the wiki for future readers. If you are playing as a character with a specialization (you know who you are), please give your input to how the courses in your field should be laid out.

Thank you, Lucy.

((OOC: Things are real rocky right now... the folks are getting evicted, we're trying to find something, things are real in the air. They're appealing, see my chat messages... that's the latest... if we find a 2 bedroom, I'll be moving with them (simpler that way)... otherwise, I absorb what I can fit into my place and they go homeless))

Umm questions. There's nothing I've found that says we can't use other people's skills in stories? For example I was reading that...it was either Nace or Eugene that disabled a bomb with nail polish remover.

second question, Are we allowed to add to this list still?

Also, I didn't realize that there was "Ballroom dancing" and stuff in the military. Learning this was news to me.

I would say 'yeah' (on my own), but being that it's Ivy's creation, I don't know if adding your own stuff to it would be considered 'using her work' without her say-so.
So, for now... unless someone can get ahold of one of the higher-ups, I'd have to say, might be best to start your own post and maybe mention Ivy or her post (until we can get clarification).

I know, without the adults around, the children are left to run the farm.

Did you know....the horns on the viking's helmets are a myth? The popular image of the "horned Viking" can be traced back to the 1870s. Costume designer Carl Emil Doepler created horned helmets for Richard Wagner’s opera cycle Der Ring des Nibelungen to enhance the characters' theatrical presence. (I BELIEVE in the Where in Time game, they tell us this too....)
