For clarification, are we not counting Belgium?
Also, organization:
· the engine is a dedicated diesel locomotive
·It is not a high speed train, the diesel engine operates at about 60mph or 100km/h
·the train is in a country known for Kylie Minogue's first tour in 1989 (3 countries: UK, Belgium, Japan)
·It is not red, but the color is a warm tone.
·the engine is also an electric locomotive as well (diesel-electric)
·The train is not in the UK

Where are you getting Belgium? Don't confuse yourself.

From the tour website: "Disco In Dream" was the very first "tour" for Aussie dance-pop singer Kylie Minogue, produced in late 1989 to meet public demand. The tour took place in Japan and, lately, UK, under the name of "The Hitman Roadshow".

Can't believe a random comment from @Jacqueline Hyde is now a major clue in this game.

Did you know....the horns on the viking's helmets are a myth? The popular image of the "horned Viking" can be traced back to the 1870s. Costume designer Carl Emil Doepler created horned helmets for Richard Wagner’s opera cycle Der Ring des Nibelungen to enhance the characters' theatrical presence. (I BELIEVE in the Where in Time game, they tell us this too....)
