I'm deleting Shattered a.k.a. trash not worth anyone's time four days from now unless someone actually cares I wrote it.
---
Originally when writing the version of this having Sydney in a park going after birds, the scene had her completely in the woods. Why that got tossed aside was remembering the time of day the scene would be taking place in. The trees around her at dusk would have put everything in dark shadows. By the way just like how the Olmecs have their own speech, I am keeping track of how I have "bird talk" coming out.

Two days to go after this posting. ... Nice to know my work is garbage. Yet, people might tell me not to stop posting this comic if I say I'll stop. ... I told Chase last night I'm also considering deleting the art connected to Shattered. With what commenting it did get, I don't feel like seeing the false encouragement the story got to be posted. ?

If you can't guess by birdie sound what's near Sydney, you'll see the feather duster later on and know what it is.

Your work has never been garbage. People are just busy with things. You have to have more confidence in what you do.

Either Shattered hasn't been read by anyone anywhere, or it's trash not worth commenting on. The only comments it got were by a person who didn't understand it was a PDF and thought it was an image. One day left until deletion here.

Honey, we've all been nothing but nice and encouraging to you. Julie and I told you that you should keep posting whatever you like yes, but we didn't mean it like that. We don't have bad motives but if that's how you feel, no ones stopping you from leaving. We would like you to stay and read your stuff but we understand.

I meant I'm soon removing the story I spend months on unless I get some sign of acknowledge it exists to others. Here, FF . net, DA, Wattpad, and A03 ... I wasted my time working every day on it.

Hello Systemcat.

As you can see, I've barely been on here, since my status post on Tuesday.

We all know what is like to post something we've put a lot of work into; and wonder how it will be received; and we all get upset if we don't get a lot of likes, especially at first.

But, if you have a story you need to tell, then just go ahead and tell it. You are a great writer and artist (certainly much better than I am(especially when it comes to backgrounds, and stuff) and as a truly creative person you should know that no creative effort is ever really wasted--whether it is seen by many--or only therapeutic for you.

But you have to learn to faith, not only in yourself (which is most important!!) but your audience (here) too. We have always been sincere in our praise, comments, and reviews of your work. ?

It was posted here back on the 14th. ... Unless you count ideas that had been brewing lightly since 2016. I worked on it steadily from last Sept. until the date of posting. I also know an element of the scene coming up in the comic will look to fit the story but Shattered helps explanation along between part of Finn's action and a little of Zack's words.

... ... Should I delete Shattered from here tomorrow?

No one has read it. Or if they have, they haven't felt it's worth saying any words over it.

Honestly with how non-existent it's been received, I am in debate about another story I want to write. I feel like what would the point be to a follow up if the story leading into it wasn't read?

This is a busy scene on a number of accounts. Finn with Serpente Di Giada's phone is the obvious. What is not so obvious I think are a couple setups taking place on the page. One a joke, the second a nod to ... garbage.

I highly doubted anyone would get the Rockapella trivia nugget on DA so I explained it over there. Another aspect of writing to this page was lightly touched on over there too. But here .. I'm not going to explain it. my trash doesn't matter.

Did you know....the horns on the viking's helmets are a myth? The popular image of the "horned Viking" can be traced back to the 1870s. Costume designer Carl Emil Doepler created horned helmets for Richard Wagner’s opera cycle Der Ring des Nibelungen to enhance the characters' theatrical presence. (I BELIEVE in the Where in Time game, they tell us this too....)
