Online Puzzle A.R.G.

So a lot of the ARGs (alternate reality games) I dabble in are, very much so, puzzle based.
Knowing a lot of you guys love puzzles and love jokes, I was thinking of making an online only arg (Mostly so I don't have to make a global treasure hunt. Looking at you, CodeMageddon....) This will obv be spread across many sites and through many puzzles.
If I were to make one, would it
-Be ACME vs VILE
-Be a team vs team (Team names to be chosen. Most are usually themed teams. If a list of users participating is made, teams can be randomized and each team can choose their name.)
- Other?
On another note, do we want an accompanying rp with it? or no?

2. Next part of storyline
