I just started a conversation with her on here, and told her to do that. She says that did, but that her post in "awaiting approval" or something.

Thats normal. Her account isn't fully active in the backend of the site and is awaiting moderator approval. Once a moderator has approved it, it will show up and they can then set her permissions properly. You can add me to that conversation if you'd like and I can explain in greater detail how it works for both of you.

My apologies for the delayed response. Chase is currently travelling on business and I am taking the liberty of dropping a note for him, until he returns. For security reasons, all new members will have to be approved by an Administrator before full posting privileges are granted. If memory serves, you should still be able to post in The Studio, a forum dedicated to fan-created works involving the Carmen Sandiego universe. Meanwhile, you may continue to work on your Profile.
