Oh its definitely the internet @Lucy when you try to send a message the lag in response time makes that message appear but sometimes the message will still post sometimes not.

Why am I Able to answer you on my phone but now my computer then? Why does it not give me the server didn't respond in time on my phone but it does on my computer

Basically its the reception going to and from your computer. You can see it better if it were happening on your phone there would be a circular dash next to your internet reception beers on your phone. If that happened it means the signal to send receive data is weak so it takes longer to send data, too long and the server will not post the message at all

Its different for every device you have connected to the internet the reception could be good on one device, but bad on another regardless of how strong the internet signal bars are
