@Lucy ...well, it's an attitude, whether or not it's actually a fact is in the perspectives of everyone who has expericenced that from an encounter with the U.S.
The U.S. is still growing, really. It's got economical advantage at points because it does encourage creativity among citizens. So maybe there's still a good future.
