the henchmen crossover thing is odd in many ways. Most of the game show guys stayed native...except in season 4 when they added Sarah Nade who was also in the very first floppy disk game. The only other time they were in a media was in the DC comic....alongside most of the characters from the CD rom game

@Ken U Belevitt someone speculated with the new netflix show that there's a copyright hurdle protecting the characters that originated with the witwics game show
We went back and re-watched the episodes featuring Maelstrom prior to opening UM, but Vic is doing an excellent job writing that brand of off kilter psychosis.
