(well, something I do during the winter is I take benadryl allergy and nyquil severe about 12 hours before I want to wake up)

I have a sleep phobia which causes me to panic when I am falling asleep. I know sleep is important but thoose nightmares are terrifying

even the sleep chemical in hospitals I fight it tooth and nail

I tend to get sidelined by nightmares when I sleep in. The issue is that I really don't know when I'm gonna set them off so I end up sleeping through them and experiencing the whole thing.

I sometimes have very angry dreams too...and that tilts me more than the nightmares.
