Hardly. Last time I was in the national guard building it was flash drives. So many flash drives. You'd think they had never heard of dropbox or the like.))

There's flash drives with their own security systems and encryption

You'll have to define 'hackable' a bit more narrowly for me, because any computer system, even air-gapped ones, can be compromised.))
