But he was assassinated at 31, actually decently similar to Caligula.

In other words, somewhat of a failed succession experiment.

You don't believe in succession?

I do not, no. There's worth to be gained in experience.

That's probably for the best.

The only way it would work, though, if there are people enforcing leadership succession rules. Otherwise, it's a mess.

Do you recall the proposal in France, of ignoring the nationality requirement for a head of state?

I do, wouldn't mind that, actually, treat a President like a CEO.
