Been there too. I've had this guy point at my face and call me a liar, it was great.

That is strangely satisfying.

Then you find a reason to still continue the conversation favorably. Some people get confused, some people get defensive, others just shrink away.

Of course, then you have to be careful with the different ways people lose their cool.

In a business setting, it's a little easier to predict. Outside the meeting room, though, that takes some predictive research.
