And I've watched wife struggle with this sort of thing in the workforce

It doesn't make a difference to me how Carmen looks, I like her as she is.

Dumber, sexier women getting ahead because that's just how men seem to be

My point for ever opening this up, was to question how sex appeal is factored into the build of this character's intelligence.

So you have Carmen, the smartest smart to ever smart, and women are like, yes, look! Because Carmen being damn smart is her thing
