I've always thought Ubisoft was genius having purchased the license to Prince of Persia, worked on their own engine, and then used the engine to boost an original story... turned it into Assassin's Creed.
Granted, didn't seem like much of an investment. Could have even been an old licensing deal still viable... or someone was contracted to release 'something' every x number of years.
Doubt it. Nothing Brøderbund-/TLC-related has ever been released through Pressman except that game and the Oregon Trail games. Generous of you to try and give them an out though.
Actually, the only thing that wasn't stolen at the Louvre's Apollo Gallery is the Regent Diamond, figure no one would take it because something to do with a curse.
