I will admit getting attacked became default, this year I hope to change that.

i always expect everyone to hate me- I am attempting to get rid of that thought this year... though it is proving more difficult than i expected

Did you ever expect people to like you, and that went badly, or did someone default to 'expect hate' for you?

 

[Pitya Ivyr]

I had precisely one friend all my life- was left by a childhood friend as we were "too different" and then my sister didn't help cases at all. Basically I was used to having everyone hate and outcast me for being an outlier and my sister basically thought me as a mistake. Those thoughts are always common in my head lol.

 

[Invader]

I struggle with that as well.

Yeah- I dislike the thoughts but I am attempting to get better... my brain just likes being dumb more often than not.

 

[Invader]

I find some of those thoughts can be very loud and persistent.

From what I've gotten from you both, 'dumb' isn't the word. You're both brilliant in your own ways.

Invader- no kidding, It drives me insane most of the time heh. Chase- Well now that one... is certainly a first.

We all do things differently, learn at different paces. Find what you love and makes you happy, and stick to it.
