Hehe... wish I had both versions on VHS (used to have Ringu on DVD... don't know what happened to it). Mainly the reason I didn't junk it at the first sign of any issues is it's a good one... Sony SLV-N51

The VCR was the easy one compared to the complicated one that I still have to tackle... the Sony SDX-570V that has the same issue (doesn't retract the tape all the way when it unloads)... that one will be fun, I'm sure... it's guts are virtually the same, just like a tenth the size

Got out of the pasture and wandered about half a mile down the road. I saw them when I was driving in, and managed to lure them back to my house with treats. This will be funny tomorrow, but right now my anxiety level is through the roof. If I had been one more minute later...))
