I found a couple doll versions where she is wearing (looks like, anyways) pants. It might just be paint, so maybe some careful sanding might take the blue off, or maybe paint or nail polish (maybe paint thinner might take the paint off, but don't know what it'll do to the doll's legs)

The cheeks are okay. But need a bit more to blend

With dolls of that polymer type, you use watered down paints and art chalks sealed with a thin layer of modge podge
