Well, Julie and I agree that if ACME sent us to go get him, we would. Nothing personal but if that is what we were set to do, we would. Besides, we have more of a chance to catch him than we do Carmen

True sadly I think doing that would cause issues like diplomatic immunity, national sovereignty ,and geopolitical disagreements bubbling to the surface or in short, Russia would ban Acme from the country, and by extension China which already doesn't extradite nationals and I dont think our resident Russian Detective Tanya would like that very much...
