I've fascination with aeroplanes and mounted firearms. My father was a pilot and being in Russia, he also taught me how to fix parts of plane for emergencies. The guns come second, because war planes with mounted firearms always looked much nice. ACME Moscow confiscated parts of old Russian planes once, identifying the weapons was interesting.

I'm usually obsessed with the wellbeing of whoever I perceive to be in my care, regardless of whether they actually are or not. Besides that, I get easily absorbed by puzzles of any sort, and collect as much VILE propaganda/paraphernalia as I can come by.

I'm also obsessed with @Flag 's hair.
So pretty....

Stories and lore! I love the mythology and legends. Every story tells about our own history in different ways that even history cannot dictate. My father purchased books for me about Greek mythology as a child, so I looked at the pictures when I could not read.

The study of history. This is largely due to how history had shaped my family. My grandfather apprenticed as a gamekeeper as a young man after the First World War where my great grandfather served but never returned. After 1939 my grandfather immigrated to Britain, serving with the British army in North Africa finding his way into the Long Range Desert Group and later the SAS.

After the war he moved to Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) where the SAS would again call on him to serve in Malaya in the 1950s. After Malaya he returned to Rhodesia and after my great grandmother's health began to fail he returned to South Africa in the 1960s where he finished as a gamekeeper. He still has a ranch near Kreuger National Park and still remains keen to hunt.

Dad served in the South African Army for thirty years, to include a substantial portion of those years in the South African Recce Regiment (South Africa's answer to the SAS). He and grandfather taught me to appreciate history. As a result of the story of how my great grandfather, answering the Crown's call, left grandfather to grow up fatherless as a lad I journeyed to France and even volunteered a DNA sample to see if remains discovered from World War I to this day in Europe were those of my late ancestor. Just before I left Britain for Afghanistan last year they found the remains of a soldier from the British Army in France. It was my late great grandfather. And Dad and Grandpa were able to repatriate to South Africa my Great Grandfather's remains after nearly a century and finally burying him on my grandfather's land.

History to me seems as alive and relevant today as a result of knowing my family history.

I've recently gotten into paranormal romance novels. I was watching the news and they were talking about illegal aliens and I wanted to see what the fuss was about. I really think people would legalize aliens if they knew how romantic they could be.

I have a soft spot for old gags and pranks. It's why I chose a jester gimmick for myself.

Travelling on the road with my late mentor, I collected old pranks and gags from around Europe, studied them and modified some of them to be used in my heists.

I still study pranks and gags when I have the time nowadays.

Hey @Tenchi Masaki btw I did save my password after my last bout of computer trouble. This time however I saved the wrong password so. As for Jon Eckart, I DO use Chrome browser the problem is when we I get on another computer the passwords aren't stored. That's my current problem. So I'm either gonna make a new account or figure something out 'cause I'm not bothering boss man :D :D

((So... latest is... Google Drive: Sign-in <-- the appeal hearing (they didn't know I was recording) (I'll run it through some filters and see if I can clean it up) They/we have a tour of a potential place Thrusday at 1PM-ish like a block away... but there's no laundry (far as I know)... you can find it, 512 1/2 St. Germain St., St. Cloud Little tidbits... I brought up that if they're going after the folks, what about the (roughly) half of the rest of the bulding who all smoke in the building. ))

They have to wait up to 10 days to see what the "appeal officer" says... but they might have something being that they were never caught smoking, it was just that there was smoke smelled near their door ))

((So... this is the place.. 512 1/2 W Saint Germain St #1, St. Cloud, MN 56301 2 Bedroom Apartment for $650/month - Zumper. You have to go through both bedrooms to get to the bathroom. Moving stuff in is gonna be a struggle (wall outside main door is like a 60-degree angle)... big desk (mine), big entertainment center (the folks), "things" are gonna be weird (no privacy). The folks want it (gas stove in an apartment, claw-foot bathtub)... not all of our stuff comes apart nicely))

Lucy irl I once drove a trolley. Do you want to know about it?

((IRL: @Lucy2... You may have to just start a new account (if the system lets you)... we don't know who all has admin access, so 'password recover emails' might not get seen or dealt with. If you do, I'd suggest a new account, and a series of posts linking to the old account. Keep in mind, we're in Minnesota, so cold is a thing... if you wanna trade, we're open to place tickets! We can't really do anything until we hear from the appeal guy... anytime between the 19th and December 5th, so in theory move-out could be end of December (unless it gets here before the end of this month) or maybe they can stay... no idea. So, the other place door... that's what we'd have to fit everything through.))
