Lord William returned to The United Kingdom and Adrianna was sent to Switzerland to attend boarding school and formal training in finishing school. It was during her years in finishing school that she befriended an American student named Morgan Cedesina. Both were to advance their language skills, among other learning opportunities. Together, the two aided one another towards the accomplishment of each other's goals. They got along brilliantly, until the necessary parting of ways.
Years later, they would meet again under vastly different circumstances. Morgan was a representative of International Law, while Adrianna sought to control her wealth by keeping her uncle from funding a madman named Gunnar Maelstrom.
Convincing the younger woman to help her, Adrianna promised to use her funds to turn whatever was left of Maelstrom's organization into a non-profit charity. Morgan, however, had other plans. The blonde and the brunette eventually came to an agreement. For success, there must be both waves and undercurrent.
After the eventful arrest of Gunnar Maelstrom, a mysterious Carmen Sandiego began to take his place... and slowly changed all aspects of his previous structures. Behind the new passionate young mastermind was a seemingly unending cache of funds. At the same time, in the civilian sector, another entrepreneur was rising.
