V.I.L.E VS VI.L.E?

I'm considering a storyline featuring Joe's First case as a detective on probationary for a period out to prove himself worthy of being an ACME AGENT
lately while on the road he has been receiving phantom phone calls which have been originating from of all people different Agents of V.I.L.E
sounding as if they are in distress of sorts as they give their location for a one one face to face meeting with him.

the conversations they have are about the the history of things pertaining importantly to them being messed with and them disappearing
such as for instance while Joe is on the road making a delivery to Wheeling, West Virginia he gets a call from from mysterious traced to Vic The Slick
thanks to ACME the conversation between the two tells of Vic talking to Joe about the history of Polyester fabric being messed with and because of that he lost his suit and all the rest of his other loud Polyester suits and is crying foul about it! he needs ACME to sew up the loose ends on this case and get him his suits back.

that is just an example of what I have planned but I'd like more involvement
