she takes her to a restaurant where there's a private room.
"here. we're alone. are you read y to hear my plan? No recordings, no attacks

"okay, " laverna answered while looking at a painting on the wall.

"I want ACME destroyed." she smiled, "and you'll help me. spy for me.

(( ironic since laverna come from a family of spies))

laverna exhaled. "why do you want them destroyed?" she asked seriously but not defiantly. she knew it was common for the ones acme to pursue to want to destroy them.

 

[Jules]

"none of your business." Jules snapped. "my reasons are mine to know. they hurt me and ai will make them hurt as well."

Laverna cocked her head to the side allowing her facial expression of pride to show off.

she knew she could flip the cards to be in her favor with a little game of pretend

"what info are you seeking me to find?" she asked

"for one: I want to knwo what information they have on someone named 'lilith' and secondly. I want to know what other deteives they might send after me."
