NDAs and SOUL Contract for ACME

The ACME NDAs - a copy of the ACME NDAs that are signed by each agent or anyone working with ACME as a consultant are required to sign.

A copy of the SOUL contract - a copy of the SOUL contract that ACME agents or anyone working with ACME as a consultant are required to sign.

New agents at ACME are required to sign both, and anyone working with ACME has to sign both before they head out on a mission. Once signed, independent consultants are covered for the duration of the mission, and card-holding ACME agents are covered for the duration of their employment, or until either is updated or changed.

((OOC: As I come up with more to add, I'll update them, and I also plan to add all the references mentioned in both as possible... either to the base files, or as separate files referenced through the files... not sure yet. I have most of them saved, but if someone wants to tackle that one, go ahead and post a new copy of each somehow.))

There is a slight update to the S.O.U.L Contract.
Nothing major. Once I get it just right, I'll try and post it all on here... don't know if the formatting will survive.
