played with it a little and got it smaller. It worked. but like Tenchi says, file size isn't the problem

Yesterday I wrote over a thousand words for Shattered. Normally writing sessions are 400 to around 500 words each sit down. While exactly how many words were written today is a lost matter to calculating because of a mistake with the site I use for spell checking. Today somewhere over 1,500 words got written. ... Has anyone here read the stories not posted in the forum, to the series? Shattered is turning to a route in it's storytelling not intended at first but fitting. Inside the series are two internal trilogies of sorts. One exists for the Inspector Gadget grouping of characters in prose format.

Another exists for the Gadget Boy grouping of characters. I knew Shattered was being written to tie up the past by leaping closer to the present compared to the earlier stories in the character grouping. It's becoming a big story like the two earlier trilogy ends. Just remember even though Shattered is coming in as that third important piece. It's still period set and more story of course takes place after it.

((IRL: Settling in for a cold (highs in the below single-digit range, lows close to -20F) and windy weekend... will probably get some writing done after dealing with the folks' taxes (now that I know they got everything). That's the fun of being in the frozen North... it can go from +20F to -20F in a day. And, then there was the Great Halloween Blizzard of '91... like 16" of snow in 10 hours... made for a great trick-or-treating night being that I only saw one other kid out... I was still munching on that candy two years later. Though, this winter has been pretty tame so far... only about two inches of snow on the ground right now, and this is only like the second or third time it's gotten below zero... normally, by this time it's been normal for over a month.))

Just wondering but has anyone else written Ivy and Zack acting as kids do? Not as adventurers / fully skilled detectives, but as a teenager and pre-teen would act for real.

popularized by a Twitter account in 2010. It is named after the misunderstood giant in the 2003 film Big Fish. Older or alternative terms used locally include simply "the fog" or sometimes "Big Mama", Seasonal Names: It is often associated with the terms "June Gloom" or "Fogust" due to its prevalence in the summer months.

Did you know....the horns on the viking's helmets are a myth? The popular image of the "horned Viking" can be traced back to the 1870s. Costume designer Carl Emil Doepler created horned helmets for Richard Wagner’s opera cycle Der Ring des Nibelungen to enhance the characters' theatrical presence. (I BELIEVE in the Where in Time game, they tell us this too....)
