I'm usually up 24 hours if it's movie night. But it's also okay to stay up until you're tired and then just sleep.

I used to stay awake for weeks even as a baby. It’s part of my autism

Right, so if that's the norm for you, it's fine. I'm no expert, I'm only saying don't force yourself into medication needlessly.

come to think of it. I could use all that time to catch up on schoolwork
