I think my 'T' is more or less observation rather than feelings. I admire people who understand the feelings of others, though. That's something else. I have high empathy, but about 90% of how I empathize comes from the database I have of people and their tendencies. It doesn't come from sharing their feelings -- if that makes sense?

Chase is good at quickly reading people. It became amusing during the mafia games we used to play.

So your empathy is in more of a detached, clinical sense?

If it's like mine, it's attached, but needs the data to make sense of it.

I think so, also because word usage for me. My neurologist once told me that I have high empathy on the tests, but I use 'I think' a lot more than 'I feel' to describe a situation.
