Getting out of it is perfectly legal but there's hoops you jump through such as taking an alternate test that lasts you 4 years after

I've spent some time in Laos speaking to garbage collectors, it has been interesting. They're surviving on nearly nothing, and there's quite a system to keeping the city clean. None are government workers.))

Hell you buy a nice home get married And have your fist kid for about that my mom complained that I could not save my money and spend it all on crap but that's not true I save over 250 for spending money at Disney world in Orlando FL And this was $5 a week if I did my chores when I was about 14 so I did well.
