Hugs Luce Thanks. And bad habit or old habit in this case is the fact I say “sorry” for many things - a lot. Basically almost every time I open my mouth I tend to add a sorry to it. Lol

I take meds everyday. I am nibbling on food trying to eat. There is a left over smell of smoke in the house yuck
