It essentially does make her 'stateless' which is against the law. But the UK's home secretary believes she has a chance at a Bangladeshi citizenship... there's no real poof she does.
On one hand, it's a young woman who made some bad decisions and now fears for her life. On the other hand, making her responsible for her decisions likely serves as an example for anyone thinking of doing the same.
yes- I can see where that may come into play Chase. But looking at things it's a young woman who did something she thought was in her best interest. She made a mistake- do you think no one should get a second chance in that case?
