Ronin Toad: Redux Characters

This thread was created owing to @Zack making the following comment in the fanfiction Ronin Toad: Redux:

Nice addition. You should do a separate post giving us a brief bio of all these people. Really like catching up on these story updates but get confused sometimes. (Emphasis Mine)

I figured if one person reading this 'mega crossover' has this issue other readers do too, so I figured I'll make a post to help keep characters straight.

A bit of background, the original Ronin Toad is a fanfiction.net work by Red Witch that crosses over G.I. Joe and X-men Evolution and deals with Todd Tolansky, a.k.a. Toad, being cast out of the Brotherhood. Having obtained Red Witch's permission to create a 'redux' version of her work in which I crossed over NCIS and Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego I created Ronin Toad: Redux.

I'll split this into sections based on what franchise each character comes from:

G.I. Joe Characters

G.I. Joe

1. Marvin "Roadblock" Hinton - Todd's legal guardian. While on patrol in the swamp near the Pit Roadblock found the nearly dead Todd Tolansky.
2. Edwin "Lifeline" Steen - One of the Pit's Medical staff he and his wife, Bree, a nurse, treated Todd shortly after finding him.
3. Bree Steen - Wife of Lifeline.
4. Shana "Scarlett" O'Hara - One of G.I. Joe's intelligence specialists, Scarlett is also one of the more senior non-commissioned officers on the base.
5. MacArthur "Quick Kick" Ito - A half-Korean and half-Japanese martial artist and hand to hand combat expert who also is quite the amateur film-maker. He frequently teams up with Short Fuze for this.
6. Bernice "Bon Apetit" La Carte, a.k.a. BA - A former cook abandoned on an underwater Cobra Base who was rescued by G.I. Joe. Known for very eccentric recipes.
7. Ettienne "Gung Ho" LaFitte - A US Marine from Louisiana. He served a mission with Conrad Hart in Africa while Hart was in the French Foreign Legion.
8. Eric "Short Fuze" Friestadt - A mortar expert, Short Fuse is Quick Kick's best friend and often helps co-write most of Quick Kick's amateur films.
9. Nicky "Tunnel Rat" Lee - A bomb disposal expert who specializes in fighting in tunnels and caves.
10. Bradley "Big Lob" Sanders - A former basketball player who often speaks with sports metaphors.
11. Cooper "Low Light" Macbride - A sniper who is often tormented by nightmares.
12. Wayne "Beach Head" Sneeden - One of the other senior sergeants on base. He's also very ambitious and is often uptight and seen as a jerk by others.
13. Clayton "General Hawk" Abernathy - The commanding officer of G.I. Joe
14. Hector "Shipwreck" Delgado - A sailor known far and wide for troublemaking antics, he is the father of Althea, Brittany, Quinn, Daria, and Claudius.
15. Thomas "Stormshadow" Arashikage - A former Cobra and current G.I. Joe, he is a member of the Arashikage Ninja Clan.
16. Kurt "Airtight" Schnurr - G.I. Joe's chemical weapons expert. He's known for many weird hobbies, to include creating a theater troupe on base.
17. Jinx - A female ninja and member of Arashikage, she is also a covert infiltration specialist with G.I. Joe. Also goes by Mariko.
18. Mara Delgado - Shipwreck's ex-wife who left their family shortly after the birth of Claudius, the youngest of Shipwreck's five children. She was a former Cobra soldier who had volunteered for an experiment to make her an underwater stormtrooper. However the experiment left her unable to live in water. (Note: Mara did appear in the G.I. Joe series a couple times, but being married to Shipwreck only appears in various G.I. Joe fanfictions).
19. Polly - Shipwreck's parrot, who is intelligent and somewhat profane and suffers from a nervous condition.
20. Dashiell "Flint" Faireborn - G.I. Joe's second in command.

X-men Evolution Characters

Brotherhood:

1. Todd "Toad" Tolansky - A mutant whose mutation give him frog-like abilities (powerful legs, agility, and far jumps and a long tongue) he was kicked out of the Brotherhood, literally, by Magneto.
2. Erik "Magneto" Lehnsherr - A mutant who survived the Holocaust and as a result became fanatical that mutants be able to protect themselves. His power is over magnetism.
3. Raven "Mystique" Darkholme - A mutant whose ability is shapeshifting. She is second in charge of the Brotherhood and administered a savage beating to Toad before Magento threw him out of the jet.
4. Lance "Avalanche" Alvers - The oldest of the Brotherhood boys, from Northbrook, IL. His powers are making earthquakes.
5. Fred "Blob" Dukes - A large, strong and powerful mutant with invulnerable skin. He has one of the shortest tempers of the Brotherhood.
6. Pietro "Quicksilver" Maximoff - A silver haired, witty and fast running mutant said to be a preening egotist.

X-men:

NCIS Characters

US Secret Service:

1. Caitlin Todd - An agent in the US Secret Service who specializes in profiling. She also goes by Kate and her codename in the Secret Service is Rosefern. She is in a secret relationship with Major Tim Kerry, a US Marine who carries the nuclear launch codes for the President.
2. William Baer - Kate's boss in the Secret Service, also known as Slammer. He assigned Kate to investigate Todd Tolansky's ejection from the Brotherhood.

Presidential Detail:

1. Major Timothy "Tim" Kerry, USMC - A Marine Corps major and a helicopter pilot by trade. He is on the Presidential detail and he and Kate Todd are secretly in a relationship, which is against fraternization rules on the Presidential Detail.

Red Witch's Original Characters:

Delgado Family:

1. Althea "Wavedancer" Delgado - At fifteen she's the oldest of Shipwreck's children. Often said to be the most 'sane' of the bunch. She can breathe underwater, like her siblings.
2. Daria Delgado - One of three ten year old girls, called 'The Triplets' (later Trinity in other Red Witch fanfics) she often has her hair in a ponytail on the right side of her head. She is a genius like Quinn and Brittany.
3. Quinn Delgado - She has her ponytail on the left side of her head, and like Daria and Brittany is a preteen genius.
4. Brittany Delgado - She wears her hair in pigtails, and the third of the triplets.
5. Claudius Delgado - A toddler just over the age of one. Like his sisters he can breathe underwater and has flippers like a seal in lieu of hands and feet.

ACME Characters:

1. Conrad Hart - An American who spent eight years in the French Foreign Legion who lost hearing in his left ear because of a Cobra grenade. He serves as an agent in ACME.

French Foreign Legion Characters:

Commando Depuis:

1. Capitaine Bernard Depuis - Commanding officer of a nine man French Foreign Legion advisory team called Commando Depuis in the Central African Republic. A Frenchman who was an avid triathlete. Killed in Action in Central African Republic.
2. Sergent-Chef Hans Van Pelt - Second in command of Commando Depuis. Hailing from the Netherlands he was said to smell of cigarettes and cheap cologne whenever they were in garrison. Killed in Action in Central African Republic.
3. Sergent Ian Laposte - An Englishman who was highly regarded as the complete Legionnaire by almost all who served with him. An ex prison guard in the United Kingdom he joined the Legion after a bitter divorce but loved his two daughters like nothing else. Killed in Action in Central African Republic.
4. Sergent Henri Leboulletier - A Frenchman nicknamed 'Baby Face' by his teammates owing to his youthful appearance. He served in the French Foreign Legion's 1st Foreign Cavalry Regiment, and is an expert in wheeled vehicles. Killed in Action in Central African Republic.
   
5. Caporal Putman Livingston - An islander from the British Virgin Islands who worked as a tennis instructor at a resort before joining the French Foreign Legion. He joined after being spurned by a lover. Killed in Action in Central African Republic.
6. Legionnaire Lorenzo "Renzo" Rocha - A Brazilian who was the team medic. Also nicknamed "RR" he was an expert in hand to hand combat, and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Killed in Action in Central African Republic.
7. Legionnaire Radoslav "Ski the Pole" Wiersbowski - A Pole who joined the French Foreign Legion, also nicknamed Ski Pole by his team mates. Usually a quiet sort of man, often underestimated. Always carried a travel chess set on him and often trounced all comers. Killed in Action in Central African Republic.
8. Legionnaire Leon Peralta - An Argentinian who was an expert scrounger, very adept at finding nearly anything. Killed in Action in Central African Republic.
