Joe said juggling the blast in his hands which had Belljar scared enough to try and make a getaway but thanks to Joe he didnt get far as he fired the doctor's own blast back at him magnetically charged by his gloves and upon hitting him short circuited the doctor and dropped him on the ground face first.
