((Yeah, I'm still here... occasionally, wondering how... for the last 6 years, when I haven't been 'OK', BP has been over 140/90... last hospital trip was 149/105, heart's beating hard enough I don't have to touch my chest to feel it at times, pains across chest, pain around the heart area, chills and forehead feeling hot despite no body temp issue... had an issue a couple days ago where step-dad said I was gurgling in my sleep, about 4 weeks ago I apparently stopped breathing and ma had to set me up to get me breathing again... the doc's say I'm fine, nothing wrong, just quit smoking (Chantix) and cut way back on drinking... not sure how the quitting is gonna go))

((my doc upped my dose of prozac, lowered my sleeping pill to half to one a night (trazodone 20mg), took me off my albuterol inhaler being that he didn't see a reason to keep me on it))
