Claire had said it was not only to do with how she dresses, but I contradicted by saying that it might have everything to do with how she dresses.

I see it like this: Carmen doesn't use her hotness to get what she wants. It's a non-issue. No form fitting outfit either. Just the iconic, obligatory red trench
