Accolade's helipad is there as backup for the Medical Center's helipad, as long as birds can land during emergencies, you can do whatever you want.

Hm. I must have missed that part of OP&E.

There's space left on the airfield for unmanned fun & games.

It was more consideration for how to utilize the space. I still think there might be a use case in the future for launching smaller systems directly from Accolade.
