If they centered their gift shop around their owl mascot that'd prob make a lot. But it seems to be mostly themed after the restaurant itself with big bold logos.

possibly because i'm reading a biography of isabella stewart gardner (rich eccentric museum founder) and just read about how she found botticelli's "the rape of europa" so hot she had to put a painting of jesus near it to calm herself down after looking at it
