On the branch level, we do. Certain branches/areas/lines of business have cards. For example, last year I was at corporate headquarters for a conference, and they gave us cards while we were there))

Expensive to do a complete overhaul of a system when other things are wanting, like account-opening software that hasn't been updated since the 90s.))

They say the new system is coming this year. Apparently it's live in a few pilot markets. I'll believe it when I see it.))

('pilot markets.' Heh. Code for 'we selected someplace with the best chances of success for our pet project.')

(I'm not cynical about my company's engineering department. Nope.)

(Of course not. There's not a single cynical bone in your body, I'm sure.)

(In my defense, I feel its justified from my time as a team lead. Never did I see anyone from engineering or corporate safety on the ramp during any inclement weather.)
