Baseball goes Crazyball!?

First up to bat was Tatyana who politely greeted everyone then gave the pitcher Double a cold stare. Slightly taken aback by this, Double threw his signature splitter causing the baseball to vertically split down the middle; coming back together at a certain point inside the strike zone. Tatyana had to lead the pitch in order to hit the ball. Swinging as hard as she could she connected with the ball and sent it flying right over Laverna’s head! Tatyana hit a triple and came to stop at third base. Lars yelled, “Our shortstop is too short! Do something coach!”

Eartha not about to be told off by Lars said, “Shut it before I knock you into ACME’s dugout!” Now you crooks shape up out there in the field before I wouldn’t want Carmen to see sloppy field play!” Team VILE shouted, “Yes coach!” Double was able to strike out the next batter causing Zack to go next. He cane with his Joke bat and readied himself. Double threw a Screamball straight towards the plate.

Zack slammed his bat into it causing the baseball to turn into a screaming rubber chicken! It went flying through the air dropping eggs as it did. All those hit were covered By egg while Zack managed to get to second base. Double yelled while wiping egg away, “Stop using chickens against us!” Zack comically responded, “Hey it’s not my fault you got egg on your face, oh wait it is nyuk nyuk!” Zack‘s taunting was too much to bear and Double proceeded to snap his fingers. VILE henchmen brought out a briefcase inside was Double special baseball.

Double declared, “No one will hit it but you can all try ha ha ha!” This special stealth ball was black with white laces. It could travel undetected completely destroying any bat it hit. The next detective up was struck out in no time as its hard to hit a ball with a cloaking device and jet propulsion. Next up to bat was Tenchi who was using his batana. Drawing his bat from its sheath he dug in to the plate.

Laverna set the little firecrackers under random things

Overconfident in the unstoppable Stealthball Double threw a hard fastball toward the plate. The ball engaged it’s cloak when it reached the proper speed. But Tenchi calculated the balls timing and trajectory and confidently swung hard. Crack! The ball went flying out of the park for the first home run of the game! ACME scored three runs and Tenchi told the interviewer after he rounded the bases that the balls invisibility didn’t matter as timing was key to hitting it.

Greg cheered, “Hey fans I think there’s more than official fireworks going off in the stadium! The timing couldn’t be better!”

 

[Laverna]

“We sure are losing tho. “ laverna mumbles to a mic hidden on her

“relax la, I brought the pranks.” Ransom answered back over the mic to her

 

[Tenchi Masaki]

Eartha suddenly appeared behind Double and smacked him in the back of the head saying, “How could you throw a fastball at a guy who can slice a BB gun pellet in half with his sword!?”

 

[Laverna]

Laverna cackles

“I could of warned him. Coach!”

 

[Tenchi Masaki]

Double desperately replied, “But it turns invisible! I thought it couldn’t be hit!” Leading Eartha to respond, “Well it just got hit idiot now try using skill instead of Bellum’s cheap science tricks to win, or else.”

 

[Laverna]

“La, A giant rubber ducky will fall in the field.” Ramson chuckled to her on their devices

“well that’s gonna be a quack I stole it from Canada.” She chuckles

 

[Tenchi Masaki]

Double rallied the team to close out the inning and try to turn things around in the second. Vic stammered, “Well I guess it could have been worse now it’s our turn to score! Who’s up? Ack! It’s the pipsquek! Quick get a pinch hitter over here pronto! At this rate I won’t be able to sell these “VILE Crushed ACME by the third inning, and all I got was this black market t-shirt!” I mean seriously gritting is gettin harder and harder these days!”

Tenchi upset said, “Why don't you have more faith in her Fumagalli?” Vic retorted, “Why don’t you mind your own teams business Masaki!?”

 

[Laverna]

Laverna stood up at the base with a bat which she tapped on her ankle causing confetti to explode

“alright I’m ready.” She smirks as she observes everything
