No on this, but I won't count it since, according to Patty's question, the beach is 10 miles (16 kilometers) or longer. And Copacabana is 2.2 miles (4 km).

Still 5 questions left.
Oops! I wish I should've known how many miles is in a beach? I guess I didn't see that on wikipedia...I've figure the beach is not in Brazil, right?

Is it Praia de Cassino Beach, in Brazil? :)
No, but that's a very good guess.

Does the beach border the pacific ocean?
No, nice question.

Since we're, like, at the midway point, can we have a goat clue?
Tu veux une chèvre? I'm deducting two points. Your choice.

Is that an actual question, on whether or not the beach is in Brazil?

Jade, you're not being stupid, at all.

We are all making guesses based on the question, and what clues we can figure out, from all the correct and incorrect answers.

There's still time, don't give up. One of us could still find the right answer; and it could just as easily be you. ;)

Thanks Julie! But I still getting wrong guesses...

I remember the clues: the beach is sea strand, is located in South America, ten miles or longer and south of the equator...also not border the Pacific ocean nor on an island...

Barra de Tijuca in Brazil?!?!

No. But, I'll go ahead and also let you know (without counting it as a guess) that the beach is not in Brazil.

Did you know....the horns on the viking's helmets are a myth? The popular image of the "horned Viking" can be traced back to the 1870s. Costume designer Carl Emil Doepler created horned helmets for Richard Wagner’s opera cycle Der Ring des Nibelungen to enhance the characters' theatrical presence. (I BELIEVE in the Where in Time game, they tell us this too....)
