Is it Brahmagupta from India (c.598 to c.668) the first give the rules to compute with the number 0 (zero)?
No on both counts. So I'm extending it to 20 questions and giving a hint. Maybe I should have provided a hint earlier. Remember there is an East and West Asia :)

East and West Asia?!?! :oops: I forgot those two mathematicians are not philosophers....Okay then is it Nasir al-Din al-Tusi who is often considered the one created trigonometry as a mathematical discipline in it's own right...he's a mathematician and philosopher from Iran (1201 to 1274)?
